Hi Lenny, good morning. We're disappointed to see that you felt the need to leave our team negative feedback for an issue that many of our brokers (Adam, Steve and John) tried to explain to you in detail yesterday. When you receive systematic interest withdrawals from a MYGA, then the monthly payment will always differ. This is because every month has a different number of days in it and as your annuity interest is compounded daily, the number of days between each monthly interest distribution will alter the payment amount slightly. You should not expect to receive the same payment amount each month. If you had purchased a SPIA, then you would have received the exact same payment each month, but taking systematic interest withdrawals means that you will receive the amount of interest earned each month and that will differ depending on how many days are in each month. Please trust that this is how all of our insurance companies handle systematic monthly interest disbursements. Please let us know if there's any other way we may be of further assistance.
